If your job involves serving alcohol, completing a RSA course will help you avoid being served with a fine. Sunshine Coast TAFE offers a course in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Online delivery, which will provide you with general skills and knowledge regarding responsible service of alcohol under QLD State legislation.
You'll also learn about: identifying customers to whom service may be refused; risk assessment; assisting alcohol affected customers; assisting customers to drink within appropriate limits; giving accurate information to customers about alcoholic beverage types, strengths and standard drinks; alcohol percentages of a range of frequently served drinks; assessing intoxication levels; security; staff training; and noise.
