Online Business Building

Get your business off the ground with a course in Online Business Building at Sunshine Coast TAFE. This course will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to create a successful business on the Internet. You'll learn how to develop a business model for your online business and creative marketing strategies.

You'll be assessed via various modes including; assignments, tests, oral questioning, observation and third party reports. Assessment is competency based and requires the completion of all projects and assignments, written and/or practical, as set out within the TAFE student handbook.

Lesson 1 - Start with an online business concept and create your point of difference
Lesson 2 - Broaden your demographic range
Lesson 3 - Strategies for attracting visitors to your online business, with concepts of organic online and offline marketing and search engine optimisation
Lesson 4 - Strategies for generating revenue for your online business
Lesson 5 - Developing long term relationships with customers and subscribers
Lesson 6 - Refining your business model and doing it better

This course enhances and expands business opportunities by venturing online.
