This self-paced course delivered over 12 months will enable you to up skill from the Certificate III in Aged Care and obtain the specialist competencies required to work in home and community care.
You’ll learn how to: work effectively in a home and community care environment with culturally diverse clients and co-workers; provide support to people living with dementia; implement individualised plans; deliver care services using a palliative approach; and work within a relevant legal and ethical framework.

Assessment is competency based and requires the completion of all projects and assignments, written and or practical, as set out within the Learners Guide. |
